His early career was spent immersed in Soho’s fast growing restaurant scene as part of the integral team that started Polpo in Beak Street back in 2009. He then went on to manage various restaurants within the Polpo group as the company grew. Fast forward 6 years and Ollie decided to combine his passion for music and hospitality. After building a humble reputation as a music profiler curating playlists for bars, restaurants, hotels and retail, he turned his attention to live music events. Managing various departments within operations and production he quickly made a name for himself within the festival scene, working legendary shows such as Elrow, Snowbombing, Parklife, Bestival, Dimensions and Outlook to name a few. He also manages activations and events for big name brands such as Huawei, Barbour and Facebook.
